Job Description
- Reception and cashier duties
- Telephone, LINE, and email correspondence
- Appointment scheduling and management
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Treatment consultation and explanation of treatment plans
- Contract administration
- Medical record management and administrative support
- Assisting physicians and nurses
- Opening and closing clinic operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (personality and communication skills are valued)
- Experience in a medical clinic or aesthetic clinic is preferred
- Customer service or sales experience is welcome
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in healthcare and aesthetic medicine
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation
- ¥220,000–¥350,000 per month
- Salary based on experience and ability

Job Description
- Blood collection, injections, and IV therapy
- Assistance with consultations, surgeries, and aesthetic procedures
- Patient interviews and assessments
- Vaccinations
- Pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Assistance to physicians during treatments and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Japanese nursing license (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Experience in an aesthetic clinic is preferred
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Interest in aesthetic medicine
- Ability to communicate with patients in English is preferred
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Compensation
- Full-time: ¥320,000–¥400,000 per month
- Part-time: From ¥2,000 per hour
- Salary based on experience and ability

Plastic Surgeon / Dermatologist
Job Description
- Outpatient consultations in plastic surgery and dermatology
- Minor surgical procedures covered by Japanese national health insurance (cysts, lipomas, moles, accessory nipples, cauliflower ear, etc.)
- Cosmetic dermatology treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifts, etc.)
- Cosmetic surgery (double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, brow lift, etc.)
Qualifications
- Valid Japanese medical license
- Clinical experience in dermatology or plastic surgery
- Board-certified dermatologists and plastic surgeons are welcome
- Experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred
- Ability to communicate with patients in English is preferred
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Part-time positions available
- Fixed weekday schedule available
- Morning-only or afternoon-only shifts available
